The Supervisor will oversee daily site activities and the workforce, allocating work to workers and monitoring productivity. You will coordinate with engineers, foremen, and contractors to ensure work is completed according to drawings and instructions. Additionally, you will monitor site safety, housekeeping, and work progress. Candidates should have a relevant educational qualification or technical certification, with preferred experience in construction or project execution. Good knowledge of site activities and construction practices, along with strong communication and coordination skills, is required.
