Supervisor

Nitigya Buildcon Pvt Ltd is looking for an active and reliable Supervisor for our Industrial Project based in Romson, Noida. This full-time role requires candidates to have 4+ years of experience in supervising high-rise and industrial construction sites. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing manpower, ensuring materials are distributed correctly, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will act as a bridge between the site engineers and the labor force, ensuring that instructions are executed accurately and efficiently. Tracking daily progress and reporting any issues to management are key responsibilities. We offer free accommodation for site staff, with food available at a chargeable rate of ₹2,500 per month and a standard PF deduction of ₹1,800 per month.
