Supervisor

Nitigya Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Supervisor for our Industrial Project in Romson, Noida. This is a full-time position, and we prefer candidates with 4+ years of experience in construction site supervision. In this role, you will supervise day-to-day site activities and manpower, monitor construction work to ensure proper execution, and coordinate with engineers, foremen, and workers. You will also ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards, track work progress, report site requirements, and maintain site discipline and safety practices. Experience in industrial and high-rise construction projects is preferred. Site staff will receive free accommodation, with food charges at ₹2,500 per month and PF deduction of ₹1,800 per month.
