Team Leader cum Senior Highway Engineer

Agroha Infrastructure Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring a Team Leader cum Senior Highway Engineer for an Independent Engineer Services project under HAM Mode for the Rajasthan State Highway Authority. This is a 36-month assignment located in Rajasthan, covering a project length of 108.58 Km. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Independent Engineer team for the highway project. - Oversee construction supervision and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements. - Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and overall execution. - Coordinate with the client, concessionaire, contractors, and other project stakeholders. - Review technical submissions, construction methodologies, DPRs, and project documentation. - Support resolution of technical and contractual issues during project execution. - Ensure effective implementation of HAM/PPP project requirements and review O&M activities. Requirements: - B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering. - 15+ years of total experience, with 7+ years as a Team Leader or similar capacity under PPP Mode. - Experience in National Highway / Expressway / HAM / PPP Projects is required. - Experience in Construction Supervision, DPR, and O&M is preferred. - A valid INFRACON ID is mandatory.
