The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a governmental university (Ain Shams, Cairo, or Helwan University preferred) and possess 3 to 7 years of experience in Tendering & Estimation, preferably within the construction/contracting industry. Key responsibilities include quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, pricing, and tender studies. Good command of Microsoft Office, relevant engineering software, and fluent English are required, along with strong analytical, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
