We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Tendering & Estimation Engineer for MMRDA & MCGM Projects based in Dombivali, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 8 years of strong experience in handling Government Tenders, specifically focusing on MMRDA and MCGM. Key responsibilities include searching, studying, and analyzing tenders on the Mahatenders portal, detailed BOQ study, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and cost estimation. You will also be responsible for preparing technical and financial bid documents, coordinating with design, planning, purchase, and site teams for accurate costing, and preparing sub-contractor and supplier rate comparisons. Candidates must be well-versed with SOR, SSR, and DSR, and capable of handling the entire tender submission process, including documentation for EMD/SD. Educational qualification required is BE Civil or Diploma Civil. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project is essential, along with strong knowledge of the mahatenders.gov.in portal.
